As a key member of our guest services team, you'll support daily operations at our premium beachfront properties. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in hospitality operations while immersing you in American coastal culture. Perfect for cultural exchange and skill development, positions run from May through September with potential extensions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to international and domestic guests
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests efficiently
- Manage inventory and amenities for guest rooms
- Participate in daily briefings and team training sessions
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
- Support event setup and seasonal promotional activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Availability for full seasonal commitment (May-September)
