Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests across multiple touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with marketing initiatives and local attraction recommendations
- Maintain detailed guest records and documentation
- Participate in seasonal training programs remotely and on-site
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be available for 4-6 month seasonal commitment
