- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using our digital platform
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and concierge services during peak seasons
- Utilize our CRM system to personalize guest experiences
- Train on cultural sensitivity and local tourism knowledge
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
