Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class guest services with personalized attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with international team members to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status (or ability to obtain sponsorship)
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and guest-first attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
