Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and energetic demeanor upon arrival.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and event schedules.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all guest requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and mandatory training sessions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with guests and management.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2B visa sponsorship provided for qualified candidates).
- Reliable transportation is required to get to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
