Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at hotel front desk including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with event setup and guest reception services for seasonal events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (prior experience preferred)
- Strong English communication skills with professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation software experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience valued
- Valid US work authorization required upon hire
