Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Manage resort amenities bookings and activity coordination
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with seasonal event setup and execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/reception areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Valid H2B visa eligibility (non-immigrant seasonal worker)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be able to attend on-site orientation
