Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests
- Check guests in/out efficiently using property management systemsProcess payments and manage cash drawer procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Assist with special events and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US residents)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license (required for housing transport)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
