Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated food packaging machinery with precision and safety.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and remove any items that do not meet standards.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Sort, pack, and label products according to customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Current eligibility for an H2B visa or the ability to obtain sponsorship through our legal partners.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, during peak seasons.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills required for safety and communication.
- Reliable transportation to the Bakersfield facility.
