Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and credit card payments with precision.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain high visual standards and product availability.
- Organize stockrooms and back-of-house areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (US work authorization required).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
