- Process and verify daily pay requests for eligible staff members accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transaction logs.
- Provide exceptional support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards regarding financial data.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data entry and payroll processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- A valid UK work permit and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
