Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and gift cards in accordance with company policy.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Identify and suggest add-on products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
