Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine customer-first attitude.
