- Drive sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer retention.
Qualifications
