Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations and styling solutions
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets through upselling and strategic product recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Collaborate with team members to drive store-wide sales initiatives and promotions
- Build and maintain client relationships through post-purchase follow-ups and loyalty programs
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, jewelry, or home goods categories
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization and professional appearance
