Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Exceed daily sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Process merchandise shipments, stock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling services and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store-wide goals
- Participate in product training to stay current on seasonal collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
