Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize and merchandise store displays to ensure high-impact visual appeal and product visibility.
- Product knowledge: Demonstrate deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions to educate customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable attendance record and punctuality.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
