The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entry, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products by utilizing in-depth product knowledge and active listening.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise the sales floor regularly, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
