Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assessing their needs to recommend the best products.
- Demonstrate products and explain technical specifications and features to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maintain a premium shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer retention.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Familiarity with technology products and current market trends is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
