Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a premium shopping experience for every client.
- Drive store sales and consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising initiatives to maintain a pristine and attractive store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
