Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products/services to meet those needs.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression and builds long-term loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and company policies to answer inquiries accurately.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract and retain customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer trends and inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
