Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Organize merchandise displays to optimize visual appeal and drive sales conversion.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
