Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their style and budget.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service from the moment a customer walks in the door to their final purchase, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including folding, organizing, and setting up displays.
- Inventory Management: Support stockroom operations, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred; passion for fashion or home goods is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25lbs.
