Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Actively promote loyalty programs and special promotions to maximize customer retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional off-site deliveries required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish skills highly valued
