Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive conversions and build loyalty
- Expertly showcase product features and benefits to match client needs
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and cross-merchandise products
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in commission-based roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional inventory runs
- College degree in Business or related field preferred
