Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product knowledge
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation
- Participate in product training and stay current on brand collections

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record in sales performance and customer retention
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
