Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling and strategic product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Inventory management and stock replenishment duties

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
