Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to represent the brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Passion for sales and a drive to exceed daily and monthly targets.
