Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise the sales floor to maintain visual standards and drive product visibility.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through consultative selling and follow-up communication.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
