The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue and build lasting relationships with our community in Omaha.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive sales targets by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising and promotional displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales (strong candidates with no experience will be considered).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
