Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store, offering immediate assistance and product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and returns.
- Drive store revenue by actively promoting current promotions and upselling products to meet sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
