Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of product inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store organization and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
