Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs.
- Customer Service: Deliver world-class service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Proficiency with technology and POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
