Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations

- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Participate in store events and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Passion for sustainable fashion and local Oakland culture
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
