Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression that encourages engagement and loyalty.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS) while adhering to all company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects the high standards of our brand.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with store management to execute visual merchandising directives and promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
