Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales and satisfaction
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Stock merchandise, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Build client relationships through personalized product recommendations
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology
- Passion for fashion and local New Orleans culture
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
