Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash accountability
- Execute floor moves, restocking, and inventory management procedures
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing duties and loss prevention
- Build lasting customer relationships through loyalty program enrollment and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transaction systems
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Passion for fashion and local Nashville culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
