Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations

- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store visual standards through consistent merchandising and organization
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom procedures
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
