- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are stocked and displayed correctly.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and fellow team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; enthusiastic trainees are welcome.
