Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet all customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Drive store sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a pristine store environment by organizing displays, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, and adhering to visual standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and assist with opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold the company's brand image and values in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
