Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Sales Growth: Proactively drive store sales by utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to meet individual and team targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store layout, ensuring all merchandise is organized, clean, and properly tagged.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, execute timely replenishments, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms in pristine condition at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
