Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and services, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques effectively.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all displays are stock-ready and meet company visual standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals and support store operations.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift products weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
