- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory and technical features to effectively answer questions and demonstrate products.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve store goals.
