Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Sales Achievement: actively promote products and services, meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily basis.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with our brand standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
