Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional execution
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer concerns with empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for store errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
