Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately, ensuring a premium and personalized experience upon arrival.
- Engage customers to determine their needs and recommend the best products to meet those needs.
- Utilize strong consultative selling techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and managing returns.
- Merchandise and display products according to company standards to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing stockrooms.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up communication and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury fashion, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-end client relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard retail POS systems.
