Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling consultations and product recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by building client relationships and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Execute floor moves and maintain inventory accuracy in our luxury environment
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise on designer collections
- Collaborate with team to create an elevated shopping experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and passion for luxury fashion
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
