- Deliver personalized luxury customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Achieve/exceed daily and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain brand expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong fashion sense with knowledge of luxury brands
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
