Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service to drive sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
