Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend products to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including ingredients, application techniques, and current trends.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by following visual merchandising guidelines and organizing product displays.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and processing transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or luxury goods is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
